We experienced a system-wide outage for about 2 minutes, from approx 9:53:30am PDT to 9:55:20am PDT. During this time:

- most API responses were "500"
- the web tier was unavailable
- the processing pipeline was stalled (fully recovered by 9:56:10am).

You will see "API error: internal error..." for any events sent to the API during this period. If you have any critical data sent during that time, it's available in the body of the API error messages.
