It is taking longer than expected for second stage of maintenance to be prepared. Maintenance has been postponed until some evening this week. Thanks for you patience.

Now that the master has been moved over, we will be moving it back to complete the maintenance. The downtime window will be similar but should be even shorter. Estimate ~1 mins of downtime for web and 5 mins of delay for the pipeline. The end result of this maintenance will be better performance for most components of the app. We appreciate your patience.
